Kk i got 86 herblore but idk how to get spices i cannot kill rats with a kitten does anyone know how long it takes to get a cat?

 

in order to get spices, you have to kill hell rats which means you have to do the recipe for disaster part of the quest with evil dave... your cat grows up without needing to catch rats

 

ive done the quest i just need a cat -_- does anyone know how long it takes for it to grow from kittan to cat?

It takes about 2+ hours, make sure to not overfeed the cat or it can't catch any hell rats..

 

Don't do it as a kitten, it took me 5 hours to do it on my main -.-

 

You can keep shooing the kitten, and keep paying Gertude 5K, until you get the color you want.

op: Just do things you would normally do on RS while taking the kitten, and feeding it.

 

Get a wily hellcat and it will catch the rats 100% of the time.

When u drop the kitten and its following you, click the summoning button around the mini map and it will tell u % till level and % of hunger

 

Make sure it is a cat, not kitten when you try to catch the rats (or else you will be wasting ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT of time).

It takes about 3 hours for the kitten to grow into a cat. You need to feed it approximately 10 times (you will be given a dialogue box by jagex where it says that you should feed the kitten). When the kitten reaches 100% growth it will turn to a cat. It is recommended to use a ball of wool on the kitten every now and then while you wait for the kitten to grow.

It is also recommended to train a repititive skill like fishing, cooking, fletching (this is what I did), mining or woodcutting while waiting for the kitten to grow.

 

Just get a kitten, bring some salmon, and go wcing for a few hrs.

It'll be a cat in no time.

It's not worth the wasted time to chase rats with a kitten.

 

it takes 4 hours for a cat to grow, as long as you feed it whenever it says its hungry

 

spices are annoying. dont do it unless you have a regular cat

 

You can choose the color of a kitten if your wearing a ring of charos or however you spell it.
