what happens if u have a negative paypal balance?

It depends. Have you linked your bank account/CC?

 

They won't let you add/remove any credit cards/bank accounts which can get you in some trouble.

I dunno if they really come after you for it, but I doubt it.

 

its all fake info and the neg balance is like 6 bucks and i have no cc/debit card added to it.

Well nothing bad actually happens when you are negative money, it's just that when you receive money it automatically gets goes to you negative balance until you pay off the $6.

 

Nothing happens. If your phone number is on the Paypal they will call you to ask for the money but otherwise, nothing.
