I transfered the licenses of my call of duty mwf2 map packs?

I have both of them.

I could also transfer halo 3 map packs, I have all of those too.

Ok but either way, I cant play them on any account I want on my xbox, and he can, I guess it's worth $5 to give him $30 worth of map packs you're right.
