Are you referring to jagex accounts?

 

I think so, I was doing some research and someone mentioned that the value for accounts that haven't been registered to this new account security will go up in value. I might be way behind on this news. Anyways if it's already out I believe my account is not registered to this new system.

 

its been proven that you can still recover from jagex accounts so probably not
