Will this work on accounts that have bans from August 2009. Because some methods do not work for older bans.

 

hmm it should, you'd just have to use a bit of common sense to adjust the examples of what to say

 

so it still has 99% chance of unban in all circumstances? such as no appeals and old ban date. Or does the likely-ness change depending.
