I’d like to share some constructive feedback and hope it’s something you will improve going forward.

I am a frequent buyer of RS3 GP and recently started to use option for “High level trade” despite the added cost to ensure better safety.

At first… I was met with very positive outcome although as time has passed, in the last 4 gold purchases I’ve made, twice has ChicksGold tried to deliver the orders with VERY low level accounts despite an added cost for “High-level Trade”.

To put into perspective they tried today delivering my order with an account having 247 total level as “High-level Trade”. Two words, not acceptable. 247 total level is equivalent to 8% completion of the game seen only from a levelling perspective. Per say I’ve rejected the trades in both cases and hope you will improve this aspect going forward.
