I received an infraction for the thread post you can find in there.
I responded to the moderator personally as I could not post on any sort of an dispute forum.

I also dispute this ridiculous infraction and hereby make an official complaint that I can not make a thread in the Dispute forum even though I have been advised to do so by some random moderator that decided to infringing me based on a word he doesn't fully grasp the concept of(both or either: topic and spam) and therefore misunderstands an entire section of the Sythe.org rules.

I also request that you educate yourself and encourage other authority figures here on Sythe to do so themselves, since this is just quite embarrassing for the whole staff and the community members in general.

Hi

The dispute an infraction forum was removed due to some rule changes. You will not be banned unless you generate enough infractions within the expiry period (usually 1 month) so it made the workload on the staff that has to manage several hundred thousand users much less burdensome. This infraction will expire and hinder you no further providing you abide by the rules.

This may be the case on other forums you visit, but here on Sythe, the original topic of a thread remains the original topic lest users be infracted. This makes it easier for users to browse content they want (e.g. the post "Can cars explode"?) on a steel factories thread would be infracted just as you were, because it is off-topic and deemed spam in this context. A more appropriate location for a quick question like this is the Spam Forum, where you will not be infracted for spamming and you can freely derail threads at your leisure. I find it prudent to inform you that I have been enforcing these same rules as moderator on this forum since November 2008 (and have been on the site, whose rules have remained largely unchanged, for four years now, since October 2006) and yours is the first PM I've had of this nature.

I will take your liberal interpretation of the rules in an official context: The definition of 'spam' is evidently not equal to one on other forums you have participated in.

I still maintain my position, this infraction is ridiculous and I will continue to explain that to you in the bottom of this message.

Your sentiments are ridiculous out of context, and ridiculous if I look at them as a whole, here is why:

Here on Sythe, like any other forum, people don't want 350.000 topics per debate, argument or sale.

If you would allow me to enlighten you, instead of trying to battle me you would be interested in knowing that there are about 30 more infractions you can give me;
On this thread you can give me an infraction for asking how old yo-yo's are, since the thread is about an account. (The fact I am the OP obviously doesn't concern you at all and I should be infringed according to your current opinion and understanding of Sythe's clearly stated rules.)
On the same thread I stated something about Private Messaging? What the hell has that to do with SELLING ACCOUNTS? I of course instantly reported my post for spam since it had nothing to do with the original topic. Moderator told me to.
On this thread I DARE talk about all of the following in a total of 4 posts:
Vouching
My preference in adding people
Pointing out how awesome I am
And a USER?
INSTANT BAN ME JEEZ MODERATORTHAT GUY BROKE YOUR RULE SO MANY TIMES

And you of course, like the rules, misunderstood what, 50% of my words in that quote?
I SAID THE OP POSED A QUESTION ABOUT CARS, IS HE BREAKING RULES OR NOT?
Nobody derailed OP's thread, he asked something not related to the original post, possibly lightly related to something someone said about the risk of explosions in steel factories.

Can someone in your household PLEASE read this over and show you in person, preferably with a large wooden stick teachers usually use(to point), WHY YOU ARE WRONG.

If it is not, I would like to speak to an administrator about infringing well over half the forum, since EVERYONE answers OP questions and finding them all would be a pain, I say we just infringe half the forum, picking people that you see do it randomly. (I am currently a victim of the latter so I just think at least half would be a fair share of the forum)

This is a matter of principle, my untainted record on this website as a loyal follower of rules, fair trade and assisting, ruining that with an frivolous infraction is unfair in my opinion, what is yours?

We don't show favoritism; if the infraction is warranted it will stay and if it isn't, it will be reversed. This isn't the place to dispute individual infractions, but if you want to make another thread discussing what can be counted as spam in market threads, feel free to do so.
