paypal help? payment to whoever solves problem

Well guys i got $150 on my paypal before i relized i cant spend it.. So im wondering is there anyway to verify it or unlimit it without a credit card, bank account, social security number, or anything like that. I cant get a vcc beacuse i cant use money till i unlock it . If anyone knows the answer id be willing to pay them $5 for giving me my $150. Thanks

No, you need either a credit card or a bank account. Sorry.

 

A visa gift-card will do the trick.. Just make sure there is at least ~$2.95 in it and you are able to check balance online (For when they deposit two payments and require you to verify).
