    Please post the requirements for this guide. It obviously will not work in certain instances. I can guarantee that any Paypal account which is limited and requires / has:

    - Photo Identification
    - Negative Balance

    Will not be able to send funds.

    It has no requires, you only must have to know wich payment had your account limited. Also it would be a great pleasure if you could phone a FREE number, of write a decent english letter.

    Thats all.
    Btw; for RunescapeRWTFTW it worked after all. At first it didnt work but after i explained him more it worked. Too bad he didnt edit his post but ohwell..
