My goal weight is 185 lbs

You're not exactly fat so there's no reason to cut weight.. If anything you should be putting on weight if you're using insanity..

Using weight as an indicator for 'ripped/fit, ect' isn't a good thing to count on.. It's all about body fat % and muscle.

Good luck mate, I gained alot of weight when I started playing rs then lost it when I started botting. Hope you can do the same!
