    Hi there,
    I'm literally looking for an eBay account, preferably from the UK. It must have passed all the verification process as I need to sell items on it instantly. I'll be paying depending on the amount of feedback on the account e.g:
    0 feedback but verified > $5
    10 feedback > $8
    etc...

    Why?

    No it needs verification. Bank or CC details then phone verification. I have no landline :S

    The rules state that I'm not allowed to buy/sell/trade paypal accounts etc..
    It states nothing about eBay accounts!
