Reporting Scammer: Acc+Mem

I posted a thread saying buying Runescape membership Pin for Paypal He posted saying he added me on msn and we talked figured out a price of 12$ paypal sent as gift for his 3 month of membership. I sent the money and he asked if i sent as gift i said yes and he didnt believe me and wanted me to chargeback and i couldnt i asked him to issue a refund and he said no i looked all over for the charge back but couldnt find it so i asked for some help from trusted people like cambo and he told me theres no way u can chargeback once u sent as gift and he said(the scammer) said there was he could of just easily refunded me and i would of sent back and took some screenshots of me sending as gift but no he scammed me and took my money Btw, the reason cambo's in the chat is because I invited him to the chat to ask for his opinion. Kellz is Acc+Mem's display name. When he left i was no longer in a chat with him so yeah. However, you can clearly see that we did try to trade by his posts in my thread. He admits that he did receive my money.
