    i will offer on your wine and/or blue partyhat if you make a paypal account. i will send as gift, claim and cancel, and send email verification from the email linked to my paypal so there is no possible way for me to take any money back. but sorry i am not comfortable sending money in the mail, even if i know for sure that you wouldnt scam because sending money in the mail is illegal and punishable by federal law. if you would like to talk more, add my msn, it's in my signature.
