Modern Warfare 2 vs. Bad Company 2

Modern Warfare 2 is so much better. I don't have to sit and ponder on my next move. To me, there isn't anything better than this game.

 

I also have Bad company 2 and Modern warfare 2.
IMO I think mw2 is better because I think there's more action in it.

 

The MW2 Experience is for me :/ I'd stick to it.

 

i have both games but i would suggest getting bad company 2. like some others said modern ware fare 2 is more fast paced but bad company requires more skill imo.

 

I CAN'T PLAY MODERN WARFARE 2 BECAUSE MY VIDEO CARD DOESN'T SUPPORT VERTEX SHADER 3.0

but I assume it's a good game.

 

In my opinion i prefer MW2, well just because i have only played BC2 once, I like MW2 as its fast, and it may not be the most tactical but just appeals to me, its good fun and great when with mates.

The BC2 is more realistic, but when u play it seems like ur playing in slow motion. Also the mouse movement isnt the best.

 

heres a quick reply, mw2 is a fast paced action packd game for people that like to play on small maps with no vehicals. and bf is like an huge variaty of huge maps, vehicals, alot of wepons, but the games take longer to play.

pros about mw2= commando pro, prestiges, kill streak rewards. cons= a buncha kids always crying, maps are too small, no vehicals.​

pros for bf= huge maps, vehicals, a huge team, really friendly gameplay, house destruction. cons are none. i love the game so much i hate nothing about it.

 

BFBC2 is so much better than MW2 will ever be. It's always fun to play that and see all the kids come off MW2 when they try to dropshot, jumpshot, commando knife, and noscope. I love BF because it's realistic, especially with sniping. It takes skill to do half decent at that game. Plus, if someone is camping, I just mortar strike their building

The kids who bash BFBC2, or prefer MW2 are just shitty at BFBC2, because MW2 requires the least mental input. They see an enemy "OMFG SPRAY ANd PRAY LOL KNIFE YOU'RE DEAD". Battlefield requires a bit more than that, and THAT'S why they're no good at it.

 

I'm going to defend VAC on this one, when I used to play a lot on Steam and Valve games, VAC was the f**king FBI... Lol you would be fighting on Omaha beach in DOD 1.3 trying to push foward and suppress the Mg42s then VAC came in with apaches and blackhawks and fast roped in, abducted a player, then dusted off in less than 30 seconds. Thats how powerful they were in those days.

Have you ever thrown your controller at the TV? Have you ever screamed and cried when you died at 24 kills because a guy teleported 10 feet and shanked you? Have you ever stayed up all night twice in a row just to prove to your clan mates that you are 1337 pwnz0rzzzzz n0 sc0p3 dr0p sh1zz fo' shnizzl3 down for n00b rape? Have you ever teabagged?

If you have answered yes to anyone of these questions, I highly recommend you at least try BC2, I promise you will not regret the $55-60 you spent. Sniping in this game is a skill though, learn one map at a time because you have to be able to remember and adjust to bullet drop from any distance very quickly to compete with the snipers there are now - yeah and elevation matters, whether you are shooting downhill or uphill. Believe me BC2 is not as slow as you think, you might be stuck in a heated fire fight and be unable to move on, but sometimes you might be playing Rush and "rush" the objectives and dispatch of every enemy and end the round quicker than you would think. My personal best is 93 - 4 with a killstreak of 85 using the XM8 & M24. M24 Blackhawk camping on the last base for 14 kills.

 

MW2. EA can't make FPS my opinion. BCP is just a copy of MW2 or a ripoff.

 

Modernwarfare is for all type of games, bfcb is for tactical gameplay

 

Don't like the way you run in BC2

 

I personally think mw2 is better, maybe because i play'd only 10mins off bc2 ;/

 

Modern Warfare 2 is easier, for christ sakes- it's a Run-And-Gun game, while in BFBC2, it's much harder.
Meaning... that mw2 is called "better", because it's easier, and the better you are at something, the more you like it. I like it myself, but have to stick with battlefield.
Battlefield is confused as "stupid" and "worse then Mw2", because those are the 11 year Xbox kids, just because you Mw2 games are easier, doesn't mean it's better. E.g, graphics, bigger maps, vehicles....etc.


Tl;DR Version: Mw2 is confused for being better because it's easier. Battlefield is harder, meaning it's more likely the player hates it, the more your better at something, the more you like it.

 

They're completely different games, for the millionth time. One is a fast-paced, winner-is-the-first-to-shoot arcade shooter. The other is a much more slow-paced but realistic shooter.

What stands out from BFBC2 is the fact that the game makes you think, each death will actually count, each kill even more. Teamplay is encouraged even in random squads (something you simply can't find in MW2) Then there's immersion, the sounds and visuals of the game are just stunning, intense and realistic.

Of course you can always play MW2 and feel like an hero.

 

Battlefield BC II for me. Way more tactical. If you play in a nice squad it's a lot of fun!

Mw2 is fun sometimes, to run around with the tac. knife and backstab ppl. Or noobtube with OMA. =]

 

Battlefield BC II - Because its more fun.. Cod gets boring just doing the same stuff over and over.. But i guess, Thats what you eventualy do on BC2 =]
