Initiate pure

Im questing to be a initiate pure, is it only nature spirit i need to do (then train from 13 def to 20), or is there more quests i do for the defense xp?

 

i am currently making one too botting him suicide all the way. i was told never to train def untill all the quests are complete. search google for a guide and there is one it willl say all quests you shouldnt really have to train def.

 

You need the quests for rune gloves, i belive one of those gives defence, also the the quest to wear init gives defence, it's been awhile but i'm pretty sure thats accurate.

Nope, Recruitment Drive gives no Defence reward.
