Question about ban dispute, etc

when a member is banned and they file a dispute how do they know if they have been approved or denied?

there are a lot of threads in that section with no answers and zero replies, also some of them are closed/locked and other threads are not, why is this?

(wouldnt let me post in community general or whatever)

my feedback would be that i dont like the way that those are handled, on unb4nn3d's dispute him and they mods are conversing back and forth but on some others the thread is locked so the person has no chance to add something or ask a question. that fair?

also if you read unb4nn3d's dispute they say that they are waiting to hear from "The Jolly Roger" about $100 that unb's hacker stole from him but this could never hapen bc the jolly roger is banned. lol if he was scammed out of money why would he be the one to get banned?

i wanted to use unb4nn3d as an omm but i guess that cant happen until that other guy is unbanned or whatever. just doesnt seem fair.

Well a dispute could be as simple as a no, you won't be unbanned, or as complicated as you were hacked, you need more evidence for your case, they have questions for you, or you need to pay money back.


It varies depending on the case I think.

You take too much interest in other peoples' bans.

 

i would just like to know who im dealing with. if there are scammers not banned and legit people banned it just makes it even harder to know who to trust.

 

Don't trust anyone banned.

If you don't feel you trust someone 100%, don't trade with them or use a Middle Man that you can place 100% trust in.

 

This thread is just tragic.
