Explanation of the trade: A base SOTE CG account as advertised on their thread here - $300don/150+ vouches -SOTE -Zulrah Alts - Ds2s - 90 melee with bgloves and lunars
How they scammed: Account was sold with 2 blackmarks to me and I was never told of this before purchase. I didn't check the account status after purchase because I assumed the account was sold as advertised.

I'd prefer to be refunded the cost of the account, and take the loss on my membership, gp and effort ive put into the acount over the last week of ownership.

Hey . He bought 1x Sote account on discord . I admit that there was an offence on account which I wasn't aware about. Because account got that ban after getting ready which I can show you in dm @Pikachu That account got ready thrle same day
He boguht the account and played well over 10 days.
My question is if the account was falsely advertised then why he did not ask for the refund before? I would have gladly given him
Why he played on the account for 10+days and made money?
Also he is saying account had 2 blackmarks before purchase while it had only 1 lol
Why he came to me after getting permanent ban?
Do you think he still deserves the 100% refund for that account which is permanent ban now?

 

When talking about blackmarks I was referring to the system here: Black marks - this is no longer used, so apologies for outdated terminology. Typically mutes used to count as 1 blackmarks/temp bans 2 blackmarks, and perms at 5 and 10 respectively. So to be specific, the temporary BOTTING ban on April 4th was what I was referring to for 2 blackmarks.

Also, your thread advertises hand "trained/clean accounts" ( https://i.imgur.com/9bIgzqv.png ), and you were an established seller so the thought didn't pop into my mind to log onto the account and look through the account status, unless you are suggesting I shouldnt have trusted your claims from the beginning?

I've shown the staff a gif of me logging into the account, and showing, the Temp botting ban on April 4th, as well as me recieving the account details from you 18 days after the 2-day ban occured.

 

I will wait on mods to reply on my comments and we will soon resolve this. Thank you
