    question

You would probably need to post more details than this. For example, what about it isn't working? Do you get errors of some sort?

    question

    Can you program?

You'll need ajax to do it. I'm not quite sure how the PSP browser handles javascript, however.

    Fortunately, there's already a client. http://www.pspirc.com/

    question

It looks like it still works for many people.

What you're asking us to do is help you learn how to do something very specific. Not only is this going to be really hard, but it will be pointless. You won't know what to do if it stops working, if you want to add something new, etc.

You're better off learning PHP and javascript separately, then ajax. Otherwise, you won't get far at all.
