Paypal

In my short time here on Sythe, I have managed to do a huge amount of trades involving alot of $$.

My Paypal is verified with my bank account (my credit card is not attached, but I will attach it)

Today I reached past my recieving limit of £1200.

Can I still recieve money?

I got a message from Paypal today saying They need to talk to me about my account, and they want me to verify my credit card information and provide information about my business.

All the money I've been recieving/sending on there is mainly to Sythe members, So I'm wondering, What Shall I tell them about my business?

Because I don't want my account being closed or anything like that.

And should I upgrade to a business account?

What will I need etc..

Hey man, probably upgrade to small buisness ( I think thats an option) and call customer service, ive had nothing but good experiences with them, and just ask them what you should do. If they ask what your selling, say "virtual items" if they ask you detail just tell them the truth. They dont care about runescapes rules of rwt, and its not illegal to sell virtual items.

Do you have a personal account or a premier account? I'd suggest adding and confirming your CC.

 

Thanks, and I've got a Premier account atm, I've added my Credit card a while ago, just need to confirm the code (I'll do it tomorow) but is it still worth upgrading to business, since my paypal has alot of transactions, and do i need to provide proof of my business etc?

 

To lift your limit, just verify your account. You don't need to upgrade to business.

As for Paypal's questions, if you're straight up with them they're fine with virtual trading.
