    You can receive payments. The withdraw cap per month is 5000$, I think.

    Yes you can always recieve payments with your paypal. You just can't send payments unless it is verified.

    I wouldn't trust gold4rs I heard its a scam.
    But the cap for receiving money is unlimited if I am correct.

    I believe this is the wrong section, but to answer your question, yes you can receive payments with an unverified paypal account. I would also recommend you do not sell your runescape account to Gold4rs.com for I have heard a lot of bad feedback about that website.

    Yeah, plus if you sell it on sythe and just be cautious about it you could most likely get a lot more for the account.
