Holding the money in an official paypal.

For the past few days I've been trying hard to pay back the scams. I've found that I'd scammed two people for an estimate of around $15. I've added them on MSN but they haven't accepted my requests. If you look on their Sythe profiles, it seems that the first one has not logged on in almost 2 years (see HERE), and the second one around 1 1/2 years (see HERE). Seeing as how long it could be till I get in contact with them, I came up with an idea. I want to be able to deposit $35 into some sort of Sythe paypal which can sit there until they accept my requests or come on Sythe. That way, it is clear that I am paying the money and it will be given to the two users. Oh, the extra $20 will be allocated evenly (10+10) as a modest form of compensation. I ran this through Tyro, and he thought that it sounded like a feasible idea. Will this work? If you need to contact me, please do so on my msn at [email protected]

Please just post as a guest in future. I don't know what you're looking to achieve here. I'm firmly against you being unbanned, if that's what you're after. Not sure about other staff members' opinions on this, however.
