I would attach proof of active subscriptions but being banned from everything I'm unable to.

After being wrongfully muted by their rogue moderator 'Jim/omgsosorry' I asked multiple times for an unmute resulting me in being permanently banned from the server and all current subscriptions wiped and unable to use anything I've purchased

Seems like this is a running theme with this client / moderator as others have reported similar issues, so buyers beware.

I'm crying on here hoping to resolve the issue of my client / key being blocked - I don't care for the discord

I'll admit to verbally abusing him after the fact although he's done his fair share too

 

Good morning, thank you for finally following up to making a proper report. My name is discord moderator jim (over 5000+ discords at this point) and I would love to address the 'scam report'.

User 'CellThirtyfour' aka discord username '34#0213' was muted in our discord (discord.gg/stormclient come visit) for spamming our premium paid subscriber only channel with his suggestion. I told him to do it again and i will be muting him and he did it, with his reasoning being



i mean, with this kind mentality, would he have given me max cash in osrs gp if i told him to? certainly i hope so but i definitely dont think he would as he is just a little man child who claimed he 'did what he was asked'.

His mute was then extended to a temporary ban of a day as he spam pinged the Moderator role (that is on Burak honestly, for not setting the permissions properly... i have written a formal complaint to him) which resulted in '34#0213' going around to various mutual discords, spam tagging and pinging me, with

as you can see, in the Exhibits i have posted, this individual has certainly what i like to call the 'zaza'. He went around breaking the rules of other discord servers, which for one, i have no idea why as like i said, his mute was temporary, as well as the temporary ban.

Clearly we have deemed him not right of the mind, of course as he is obviously a deranged individual and/or smoked too much of the 'zaza'.

A simply apology would suffice but '34#0213' has decided to open a scam report on Sythe for god knows what reason, as Storm Client (discord.gg/stormclient) DOES NOT advertise on Sythe itself.

I would like to apologise to the moderators that are looking at this report and/have wasted their time.

I deeply regret that this individual has decided to come to this platform to stir trouble.

 

Also i would like to add, per TOS '34#0213' has agreed upon when he joined our server

Correction you told me me to 'do it again' - not to NOT do it. I'm sure the messages will still be in the server. If something upsets you so much you probably shouldn't encourage someone to do something. Was borderline spamming in total I sent the link to my suggestion about 3 times maybe 4.

As stated in post I'm not denying any verbal abuse after the fact my keys were disabled. I was just so furious after spending my hard earned money on scripts that now are disabled!

 

Let's not pretend I was supposedly racist before the ban happened. I'm not sure exactly where you think I was being racist. If it's regarding the small Chinese penis you've stated multiple times that you're Chinese. Statistically speaking Chinese do have smaller penises but it is no reason to ban my keys and my scripts!

Which then led you to calling me, which i promptly blocked you, which you then decided to go to other mutual Discords and spam pinging me, followed by you attempting to delete them but sir, carl exists

It's not an assumption it's the facts. I would love to post proof of the timeline but unfortunately I don't have access to said messages and I'm sure you've made light work of them by now anyway.

Harassing staff over a mute, as 'absurd' or 'over the line' it may sound, I dont think you are welcomed back to our community anymore.

You literally speedrun'd a mute to permanent ban, thats a first.

Do you consider it harassment asking two times per day for 2 days for unmute? You simply could have replied with a 'No' or been kind enough to let me know how long the mute was for or just let me know it was permanent rather than leave me pondering.

As stated above; I'm unable to see the messages due to being banned by you to post further proof. You don't think I'm welcome back or I'm not? You're very unsure on a few things here.

Doesn't sound like it's hard to speed run that when you get on Jim's bad side

 

Sir i am pretty sure carl (the bot we use) tells you exactly why and how long you got banned
