Should it be made illegal?

Personally, if marijuana is illegal, this should be too. But I believe they should both be legal.


I've smoked both spice and K2 (it's pretty much the same thing with a different name) and I didn't like it at all. You're basically not in control of your brain for about 6 hours. If you've ever came down from shrooms, it's very similar but it lasts longer. The only nice effect is a long body high that occurs after you "come down" form the initial high. It lasts about 4-5 hours.

 

No control of your mind for 4 hours? That sounds much stronger than marijuana. I think the time for marijuana itself being legalized is approaching, so this should be legal too.

It's confusing how things like alcohol and salvia (and this) are legal, and are much more mind altering than marijuana which is still illegal

 

The use of any drug should be legal, as long as it is in an appropriate place, and doesn't endanger others.

Can this Spice/K2 stuff be grown inside of your home?

That's my thoughts on why marijuana was always illegal, because they wouldn't make such a giant load of money on taxes since people could grow it inside of their homes for only the cost of supplies.

 

I'm sure it can if you can properly cultivate it. You can pretty much grow anything nowadays anywhere if you have the right equipment.

 

i dont see why people take/smoke drugs they only have a temporary effect and that temporary effect can lead u to death or extreme mental illness.

 

Its not a plant. Its made by spraying JWH-018, JWH-073, or one of the many other synthetics onto nonactive plant material. Its easy to order the pure powder online and mix your own batches. Its extremely cheap conpaired to marijuana. I can make some equivalent to 1/8th oz of some good mj for about 5$.

Now onto what you said about it being cheaper. Of course it is, so is huffing paint or drinking paint thinner but those are both more dangerous than smoking weed.

 

marijuana was made illegal to prevent it from becoming the fuel for cars and such, it is better than gas and when dried out, the plant itself becomes a very good rope making material (hemp)

All Drug-taking endangers others, 72% of unprovoked murders are committed by drugged people, and "K2" sounds much stronger than Marijuana. If Marijuana is legalised, I still don't think these 2 new additions should be. How can it not be a threat to other people when you don't have a clue what you're doing for 6 hours?

 

I didn't say it wasn't a threat, but so is drinking alcohol or even OTC drugs like Niquil. There's a time and place for everything. And trust me, it's not like you want to go out and do shit when you're on spice. You get extremely paranoid. I was seriously afraid to get out of the chair just to go to the bathroom 20-30 feet away.

 

Yeah K2 is one of many herbal incenses that are being used to smoke. I personally was smoking something called "Serenity Now" out of my hookah. Beware, these incenses contain a chemical called JWH-018 which is a synthetic marijuana, meaning its made in a lab and is not natural. The packets say it is not for human consumption for good reasons, there isn't enough research on how bad JWH-018 affects your body in the long run. I stopped smoking it because the Department of Defense started drug testing for JWH-018.

 

Alcohol can be made at your house too. Moonshine, is a popular one, and it gets you fucked up fast, and it's cheap. I think this shit should be illegal. It's not natural.

 

I never said I wanted to grow it. Haha. I hate smoking it.

 

Both are also incredibly dangerous, it's sad to think people stoop from Pot to this, I have been smoking pot for the past 5 years or so? If i didn't have the money i wouldn't smoke. I would just attempt to grow or Get money, I Wouldn't risk my health for a temporary high, especially one that Strips me of my Personal control
