    For the TOS to be valid he have to strictly ask you to agree to it,

    I have placed a DNT on @lazerlyss , please return the account to @CrabCake, as there was no terms of services agreed we would have to default Sythe TOS which puts the seller responsible for the account for 2 years.

    I have looked up the account, it is no longer on the high scores, so it is likely banned and the buyer is trying to recoup on losses made.

    I do not recover accounts.
