trade with caution, baught $17 of services, and only got about $3 out of it before the account got locked. i asked him if he could finish the training on a different account and he said that that would be considered a refund... i wasnt asking for my money back, just to do it on a different account.. well anyways... if the account wouldnt have been locked he wouldve finished the order so i guess hes legit.
