I am writing this report to document allegations of defamatory statements made by @Beast against me. The alleged defamatory statements were made to a third party

The defamatory statements made by @Beast included false accusations of associating/partaking in Gucci's operation of scamming a sythe admin/rare in-game names. These statements were made with the intention to harm the reputation of myself and to lower my reputation.

Upon asking @Beast to provide any evidence of the alleged defamatory statements, he avoided, as there is no evidence.The statements made by @Beast are entirely false, and there is no evidence to support their claims.

Furthermore, after reporting him [Link to report] and the case landing in my favour, @Beast has decided to discontinue my involvement in @Assassin discord which where I conducted majority of my trades over the past years due to it being the main/only name trading hub.


@Beast has been refusing to remove the name in the report above as it has been recovered, making the name practically useless as it cannot be publicly traded. In the first report, the name was added moments after the hack, but removed after Beast bought it knowingly that it was likely hacked/suspicious to begin with.

The punishment that sythe staff/mods decided to giving @Beast is just beyond mind blowing considering his behavior and the inconsistency of his story, such as that he bought it 24 hours prior to any mentioning of being "hacked" even after asking him for evidence.

Him making public statement that I bought stolen names of Gucci, and working for him which is again, baseless accusations trying to paint a story(lie) to Sythe admins that he had reasonable doubt in my claims.

His unprofessional behavior, and the way he conducted himself in the first report and afterward, should have been enough for a permanent ban, instead he got only TWC for all the things mentioned above.

It's clear that he wanted the name, and due to it being hacked, Jagex rightfully returned the name and now @Beast decided to put it back on "Names to avoid" list after he removed it to begin with to buy it for himself.

 

You're irrelevant in this situation and should not be report anything regarding the RSN C****** Which is not longer in my possession after I purchased it because it was recovered from my own personal account.
Abide by what sythe mods have already asked you to do so here quote by @President below. You are not the owner you should not be involved in anything.

Anyways to the point.
1. I purchased a name from a 3rd party
2. Name was recovered

The fact is, the name was recovered that is why it is on the avoid which has NOTHING to do with sythe and sythe mods do not police discords.

Earlier today I asked a few mods on their opinion about the name being on the avoid list and they both think it is totally fine as it was recovered from my possession and that is what I am labeling it as.

Go ahead and show the evidence, while you on that, show the evidence of you buying it 24 hours prior of me telling you it was stolen as you claimed.

Anyways to the point.
1. Name was removed from avoid list by you after it was added moment after the hack happened, so that you can buy it.
2. Name added back to list after Jagex returned the name to rightful owner.


Regarding the screenshot of President, I don't exactly know what type of evidence he wants as I've provided him images both in-game and payments dating back to 2012. Furthermore, Jagex only returns names if there is a suspicion of it being stolen which it was, and returned to rightful owner.

Furthermore, the name was never yours to begin with, you've ignored all the selling protocols and warning signs which turned out to be right.

Ofcourse you asked a few mods, because your questions are so vague and out of context that even the screenshot in first report from Techie was out of context.
