main account seems to be banned

Does that make this one a ban evader??
since this account was created before the ban happened and was not created to evade the ban.. (I didn't know it was coming)
Its a temp ban for 5 infractions, would be nice to know what the last one was for...

Im not trying to evade anything..
I even stated that if im in the wrong I will deal with the punisment and wasnt going to hide from the fact that I was banned.
I shouldn't be perm banned just because I asked why I was banned and told you that I was..
