I've tried but I'm just too out of shape to even be good at it.

An Aspect of Movement, Gymnastics and Aerobic Moves combined together which Helps you Go from Place A to B in the most fluent and fast way in possible, It is classed as an urban sport. And requires alot of upper body strength. It normally involves Vaulting, Long distance Jump and landings'.

It requires alot of balance, Strength, and stamina, and.. i guess you could say, Bravery, Jumping from Roof to roof is dangerous.

A Video of David Belle, pretty much the founder of Parkour

Oh, and to answer your question, Yes i did it for a while until i had to have a cartilage replacement in my knee.

I love it, but I can't do too much because I'm scared to try some of it/there is not place to try moves.

I have a few of the basics down though.

I've been thinking about getting into Parkour. I've only been doing a bit of Free Running for now, not really been into the whole showing off that Parkour has shown. It does looks really fun though.

I used to be into Parkour/Free running but my athletic ability has gone down a lot and I'm way too lazy now.

I love to watch parkour, I can't do it very well, but I like to think I'm OK at it haha. It's a great sport that builds your fitness tremendously.

I've got a narrow corridor in my landing, I jump up that and I can do some parkour stuff there, I've been up there for like 10 minutes straight for a bet.
I wouldn't try anything more than that, I'm not confident enough.

I don't, but that is really cool! They have a hilarious episode from The Office with parkour in it!

Well, it's been three years since I first tried parkour. I was inspired to learn it when I first played the game called Assassin's Creed. I managed to learn most of the basic moves, but haven't been able to practice lately due to schoolwork. :/ It's quite fun, and I really like running.

    No.

Isnt parkour something from the French army or something? They used it to get to other locations fast in difficult conditions, I heard that somewhere.

Pretty fucking badass. Parkour is something I always want to do. I have the physical shape to do it, but tbh I'm a pussy.
