    I have:

    86att
    94str
    84def
    89hp
    78range
    94mage
    63pray

    What can I do to make my char. into a pker?

    What stats to pk with?
    I'd get 99 str and 90+ range using sw or any other training method you have. Getting your prayer level up if you have money would also be great if your a member pker.

    90+ attack, 99 strength, 70 pray and you're set.

    You'll be fine. Just have the right equipment. I used to own with all 80's :p
    Get barrow gloves and you'll be fine.

    What stats to pk with?
    depends if you wanna risk. Good armour for that would be Rune plate and legs, helm of nez, climbing boots, barrows gloves, Legends/skill/fire cape, whip and defender/obby shield or GS, vengance would be nice as well.
