I was interested until you asked for a copy of I.D.

 

In my experience (which is quite vast), there is nothing more difficult than selling an account without an ID. I do not pass IDs on to the next buyer. I keep them in case of a closure or temporary account lock in which case you have to send in the retrieval form with the addition of the ID.

Also, there is no way to prove that you are the Original Owner of the account without supplying identification that matches the name on the account.
