I need some skills raised, and some cash, as quick and inexpensive as possible (I don't know about all of you, but I'm not rich enough to blow a lot of money on online games )

The first number below is my current level in a specific skill, the second number is what I need it to be.

Slayer: 60 - 65
Ranged: 61 - 75 *
Thieving: 61 - 66
Firemaking: 56 - 61 (Completed by Dialatic)
Hunter: 56 - 65 (Completed by Dialatic)
Construction: 60 - 68 **
Smithing: 63 - 69 ***
Crafting: 63 - 67
Agility: 61 - 69 (Completed by Farcast)
Prayer: 57 - 70 ****
Mining: 64 - 66 *** (Completed by mistyneva)
Herblore: 57 - 65 *
Farming: 57 - 65

Please give me a rough estimate on how much this will cost me by Paypal, and how long it would take. I'd also like a few million (anywhere between 1m - 5m) cash at the end, you can sell/use anything in my bank (if this costs more to get me cash, then let me know how much more).

You'll be able to use any item in my bank, all I need at the end is some cash and the skills (these skills will get me able to get a quest cape ).

* I recommend ranging Chaos Druids under Edgeville, and collect all the herbs. You get ranging exp quick, and get fast herbs for herblore.

** I recommend using the teak planks in my bank, going in my house located in Yanille, and going upstairs in my house and build teak portals over and over in the portal chamber. I have just enough teak planks to do this and get me the exact level.

*** I recommend mining mithril and coal ore, and smelting it into milthril bars and armour, then selling it.

**** I recommend ranging dragons under Yanille (in the area after Watchtower Quest), and using the bones on peoples house gilded alters. Then sell the hides.

P.S. If any clue scrolls are found that are level 3, please keep it, or if you want you can do it yourself and hopefully you'll earn money on my account to raise money quicker.

I simply don't have time to do this on my own.

Edit: I do not want bots used. If my account is banned, I will recover it and claim it was hacked, you will not be paid. So please do this manually and do not bot.

Oh, and let me also add that if one of you can only do a few of these skills, let me know, and I'll pay you just to do the skills you're capable of doing.

I can do Hunter, Theiving and Agility if you want for around $10 (mostly because of agility)

If you have any supplies I can also do Crafting (perhaps keep dragonhides) and Smithing (from the mining, if you kept the ores). if you don't have supplies I can gather supplies for you, but it would cost a little extra.
