He's legit, and seems to be a very nice guy. For a leecher, he seems really cool. He acts mature, and obviously just wants to drop the account for a good chunk of cash. Here's some pictures.

Most of them take a fee of about 10% of the total trade but it is definitely better to use one.
I recommend Finn since he is the head middleman and is trusted just a bit more than the others.
