goobyguy scammer

hey, so i started this thread few days ago, then deleted because goobyguy said he would send money back. so three days ago i purchased his 132 off here for $50. i was happy with the deal, we used chriscross23 as our mm, everything went smooth. 4-5 hours later the acc was recovered. i tried to enter in the info he gave me but none of it worked. previous pass false. zipcode, emails were all false. i didnt have mm do recovery check because he had a decent amount of vouches, i no thats my fault. also there was no recoveries but a registered email on it. gooby said we would delete it after. after words we went to delete it he said he entered in code and i did to, but it was still pending after 4 hours and then it got recovered.

edit: he also has been playing on the acc, he reports me as a scammer? i dont have a acc or $50 he has both, how am i scamming when i have neither of the things that were apart of the deal

i just either want my $50 back or the acc. or something, paying $50 and pretty much giving it to him for free and not recieivng anything sucks
