DevotionZx scammer report

Briefly explain the trade: It was him selling me 2 red masks and paying me $100 USD to pay GE price for them
How they scammed: Payment is now held by paypal so he charged back or made a claim

Trade screenshots: I did not bother taking screenshots of me buying the red masks for trade price because he had already made the paypal payment, i thought i was safe. I am in the process of trying to win the money back from paypal.
