This guide should say "Guide to 99 mage and pecks!" not 6pack... Sit ups, crunches, planks, etc work your abdomen muscles. Doing pushups mainly does work to your pectorial muscles, aka your man boobs. If you want a 6 pack from doing this, tape your mouse to a wall and do a sit up and hit it with your nose that way
