Going to get a few tattoos very soon, don't know what to get

Well this is the only place I think I can post this so:

I'm going to get a few tattoos soon.
Need a few ideas on what to get...
Ones gonna be chinese "first love"
The others are what I'm unsure on.
Any ideas?
(don't wanna look like most dic*s and have tribal)

 

Why do you want to get them? I don't want to sound like a broken record, but they will be with you for ever.

Also, don't get anything done unless you really thing it means something. Getting something done on a whim will only make you regret it more.

By the way, I assume you don't actually speak Chinese. This is just an example of getting something done for the sake of it rather than because it's important or meaningful to you.

 

Agreed with Angel. Why get something in Chinese, if you, yourself, can't even read it?

 

My uncle got a tattoo in LA.
And I was iffy about one. I wanted one but not sure what to get.

The guy was a really cool guy.
Even though it was illegal that he was going to try to give me a tattoo.

He declined me because I didn't know for sure what I wanted, because he showed me his first tattoo.. And he's like "I don't know why I have a fuckin robot on my arm now.."

Just letting you know. You should think a while about it.

I can read Chinese. I studied it for 9 years.
I understand this will be with me for life. I'm not some 16 year old that thinks oh this will be cool !!

Please I didn't ask for people to tell me there views on it, iv made up my mind about getting then done but was unsure with a couple of designs so I asked for help. That's all I need. Iv had a long time to think about this..

 

Sounds a bit dodgy, considering you're using an anime character who has the tattoo "Love" on his forehead for an avatar, if that is whats swaying you to get this tattoo, please dont, it'll be the biggest mistake of your life.

 

You should get some runescape characters. Maybe 3rd age Robes and dark bow? Or Full dragon. :/

I know a kid that got "Hesh" as his newest tattoo and I think it's fucking gay.

I like naruto so use it as my sig and avatar.
And there would be no way a program would lead me to get something like a tattoo.
I was looking for a design...
Not things like "oh have you thought this threw" or "something that means something to you" I have things that mean things to me and will be using them, just didn't want them to be plan so I was asking for a design...

I myself, like the whole idea of a heart on fire, representing how a heart makes it through tough times( which the flames represent).

I of course have my own opinions of what i would want as a tattoo, i dont know you so much, so i couldnt really reccoomend anything.

Are you looking for a serious tattoo? One with meaning behind it? Or one for just plain looks.

 

Both. I want it to have meaning but at the same time look good

 

first get fit before u get tat. if you fat and get tat and start exercising, tattoo look ugly.

Personally, if you get any tattoos be sure you want to keep it for the rest of your life. I would not recommend anything in a foreign language that you do not understand. If you get anything in a foreign language be sure you understand it. Never get a tattoo of a girlfriend/boyfriends name, that's the worst mistake you will ever name unless you have a record of dating people with the same name (I.E. I have a record of Jessica's and Samantha's, if I got a tattoo saying Jessica/Samantha I'm sure I could pull that off) but still not recommended.

If I was ever to get a tattoo, it would be my child's name. That can never go wrong as the child will always be a part of you no matter what happens. Not to mention the difficulty finding a job in your future. Many jobs do not hire people who are inked because it is not professional. Before you make a final choice, please take my advice into consideration.

I know Japanese, French, some Arabic (can't read it though) Spanish, Chinese and of course English. So I think I'm covered there.

I'm not going to make them big or somewhere people will be able see them, I'm not getting them just for look so see no need in making them big and outthere.
Two of them are girlfriend related but can be used if anything goes wrong, it's not a name so I'm safe there.

 

Wouldn't go with chinese lettering, reminds me too much of some retarded jocks I know.

 

Do you have a loved one that passed away? Even if its just there name on your body, it has value.
