Whats the secondary error code and when was it last updated?

The secondary error code can be found by doing the following:

Power up the console

Press and hold the sync button throughout the whole procedure

Press the eject button (while still holding the sync button) and record how many lights were flashing

Press the eject button again (while still holding the sync button) and record how many lights were flashing.

Press the eject button a third time (while still holding the sync button) and record how many lights were flashing.

And finally, press the eject button 1 more time (while still holding the sync button) and record how many lights were flashing.

4 lights = 0
1 light = 1
2 lights = 2
4 lights = 3

An example of an error code is 0110 (4 lights, 1 light, 1 light, 4 lights)

Also, has this console ever been opened?
