kMiner, Worth $12? Training Places?

Hey guys,

I just bought the new kMiner bot and I have three days to get a refund.

I would like to get the communities opinion on this bot so i kinda get a feel for it as well as F2P training areas you suggest.

 

Only f2p area I can think of is behind lumby and in rimmington.

 

You can do varrock if you're going for iron, works well for me.

 

kminer is only f2p areas? no p2p?

 

it has p2p also but im cheap lol.

If I was to go p2p what would be the fastest way for me to level with this bot?

 

If you went p2p, ardougne iron or fishing colony iron to 80, then concentrated gold to 99. Don't even worry about granite, I was getting nearly the same with iron.

 

I do North Yanille iron. Great place to level.

 

Yeah Yanille's good too. Basically anywhere with several iron rocks (preferably 3 around one square so you just turn to mine them) will work wonders. Wouldn't bank if you want fast experience though (you can bank at concentrated gold at 80+ and still get about 45k exp per hour)

 

Grand Tree mining area is really good, but you need to have The Grand Tree quest completed

 

Mining Guild?

 

Mining guild is lame. Just stick with iron until 77(or 80 for gold) then do concerntrated Coal / Gold from 77(or 80 for gold) until 99. You can bank like 80+ smithing just on gold ores.

 

kminer mines in just about every area on the world map.

I'd suggest varrock east for iron f2p or yanille north for iron p2p.. but both those spots are prolly super packed due to kminer being more well known now.

Once you hit 80+ it's all about the Living Rock Caverns Concentrated Gold Ores super quick xp and some ok money

 

Power mine or bank Iron in any of the places mentioned above, I just did Varrock for banking in F2P, was easily getting 100k+ an hour ($$).

 

Pretty much everything people have said on here is great. I personally use the Ardougne spot in p2p, and the iron spot in edgeville dungeon for f2p. No one is ever there

 

Definately worth the money.

 

Mining Guild for Coal is good.

 

Iron till 60
Coal till 80
Gold in LRC till 99?

 

That sounds good.

But coal is only ~13k xp/hr.

I would keep doing iron to 80. Unless you need the money.

 

Iron is faster money than coal is anyway. It's only about 40gp less but much faster to mine

 

That's what I did. I 24/7ed it w/o a ban luckily.
