Take a picture of the cash in the risked items screen. This could easily be done with the use of Cheat Engine; If you find the value of your current level, then gain a level, then find the value of the gained level, you can easily change the stat to whatever you want. Even 9999.

I would definately ask for in-game verification before trading.
