@Livelio has refunded this, he will however be receiving a TWC for the following reasons:

• There was no reason for him to log into the account during the duration of this report, furthermore, there was no reason for him to check the bank which was on the account, the account are still under warranty this makes them unsecure.
• He sold an account without informing the buyer he was not the original owner of the account.
• During the first instant of the trade he transferred the email and for some reason he didn't transfer it the second time.

You may dispute this in 30 days.

Regarding this statement by me, this is incorrect. there are periods of time were @Livelio had access to the account. There is also the possibility the password was changed and OP didn't notice and @Livelio bottled it this period, while unlikely it is possible thus we can't prove who caused the bottling damage.

Edit: to make it very clear, I am not saying @Livelio did it, I am just saying it impossible for us to prove who did it.
