[Paypal] Buying Runescape Account - High Reqs

Hello Runescape account sellers, scammers, and forum wanderers. I am here to purchase a Runescape account with a certain set of requirements. I have gone through two Runescape accounts that were purchased; one that was recovered after 6 months, and another that I given away to a friend (which I dearly regret.) I don't have vouches, nor a high postcount; however, I am very familiar with the tricks and tips of account selling/purchasing.

The requirements that I must see on this account are:
Maxed Combat Stats - 95 Defence is fine
95 Prayer - a MUST
96 Summoning - a MUST
While Guthix Sleeps Quest Finished
Atleast 200M Worth
Extreme Potions​

Talked to him on MSN, and he's a legitimate seller; however, his account didn't meet the requirements. I'm in absolutely no rush, so until I find an account that completely meets my requirements or is very close... I'm still looking!
