well as i said in the title i am looking to buy A Purple, Yellow, Green Or Red Partyhat.
I am only looking to buy one of the above, i will be paying in Pure rsgp+Paypal.
My budget is 210 Usd so no offers above that please and im not looking to spend all of it on one phat. (im not saying that i am trying to buy multiple phats with 210 as i know that not enough, just saying i dont want to spend it all.)

I now have the $$ and im just collecting the little gp thats left so ill be ready to buy within 2 days, but looking to set up a deal now so i can buy it asap once i have the gp.
