Use his ip to locate his address , and send his parents a fake lottery winning ticket .

Or

Use a remote desktop use his ip to login as a guest , and download him lots of porn viruses ..

#1. That isn't an IP address.
#2. You cannot find his address from a host adress.
#3. You do not have sufficent Interwebz to even make him lag.

Okay I'm sorry to bust your bubble but, that is a ip, and you can find his address with his host ip , and no such thing as interwebz , and if your refering to ddos , than yes he does , everyone can ddos ..

 

That's an ISP. Not much you can do with that, I'm afraid.

You could contact his Internet hoster, show them some proof and get his internet removed, though.

 

Take it to HF, see what they can do with it.

Thats a hostmask not an internet protocol address.
With an internet protocol address you can do the following:

Place hide and seek with his net (hide it in his closest, I heard thats good)
Or
If you can find his first/last name you can pull house number, address, parents name, etc.

u can use ip2location to find his general location, or just ddos him for lulz.
