Am I the only one who thinks 99 herblore is an attractive stat?

 

I suggest get both attack and defense up to at least 90. Along with getting your strength up to 99.

 

It seems to me that this would be a very easily sold account.

I don't think you HAVE to train any skills to make it more sellable, nor do I think that doing minor skill changes would raise the price.

The time to price changed ratio is very bad.

Only way you could raise price is MAX out combat, but that would only raise the price by $50-$100. People will be interested in the PUMPKIN & the GOLD.

Gold: $0.75-$1.00/mil = 130*.75= $97.5
Rare: Pumpkin= $35 alone on sythe
Stats: =~$100-$180

You could very easily sell this account for around ~$200.
