Is this how mod's treat people usually?

Well I was talking to a mod about a report I received for warning people the guy was a scammer and Skele_Master said he'd ban him because he was a ban-evader.

This is what I get in the reply :

"Learn to read, the report wasn't about the OP. They simply had similar usernames, Skele wouldn't have dismissed the report and left the guy unbanned, dumbass. He wasn't proven a ban evader, the fact that he was was a coincidence."

"Dumbass?" Was simply discussing why I got reported for that.

Is this how they usually treat Sythe members?

 

If you were being a dumbass i don't blame them.

think of the work load they have. They cannot be all pussy-footing around and nice to everyone.

If you ever were staff on any forum you would know this.

 

Megamatt has already answered your accusation, if I'm not mistaken. He said you gave the wrong name or something and that he reversed the infraction he gave you. Furthermore, he spoke to you in that manner because he said you spoke to him in the same manner.

That's what I gleaned from your other thread in the feedback section.

 

Not everyone is the nicest of the nice to moderate sythe.org, lol.


This isn't really a...customer support service, lol.

A simple word like "dumbass" ( welcome or not ) isn't really that big of a deal. Just because they had an irritable moment doesn't mean they didn't respond and do their job.


Listen:

1. They're just people
2. They don't get paid
3. They don't require customer service politness

That should sum it up..

 

Yes it was wrong of him to say that and no that's not how we usually treat members. He was probably in a bad mood or a bit annoyed. If you have any further concerns about a mod please use the feedback section.
