    What to do?

    Someone very dear and close to me is depressed. She went through terrible things with her children and husband and now constantly cries due to the incident(s). She always talks about what happened and never stops.What should I do?

    What to do?

    Yeah I agree.

    Talk to her and then after try to get her to get her mind off it by hanging out.

    I'm sorry to hear this man. Depression isn't an easy thing to cope through.

    What to do?

    @Mac
    I've tried, I've tried repeatdly, but she can't seem to forget or even not talk about it. She's my aunt btw, and her son(#1) passed recently and #2 is a completely dick to her. Her husband also doesn't seem to care for her.
    @Juho
    I've listened, talked, done everything possible.
    She doesn't like to leave her home at all.
    @Jr
    Yeah I agree, it pains me to even see her like this.

    Do you think I should talk to her about getting a prescription for anti depressants?

    What to do?

    Listen, Talk and Help.

    How?

    Listen to what she as to say. Wemon can talk hours about there problemes but some times thats what it takes. (Do not dicagre with anything she has to say)

    Talk about it after she has talked to you. As her the quetions and let her answer them in a postive way dont let her say anything negative about her self or any one els.

    This should help alot. If not I recomand profesional help.

    What to do?

    Ahh sh*t! If you just left the post like that, would have been classic.

    Confront her directly and get answers even if she is unwilling to do so. She needs to release some of the things she's holding in. It's best in the long run. Shrinks basically going to do the same thing but for $.
