I was penalised by my targs noobiness.

So just before i was penalized as i had stayed in the safe zone too long. The reason for this was that my targ had ran a total of 6 times from me and my Corrupt Stat ham had degraded while fighting the targ. My views on this:
1.Jagex i hate you, why am I penalized for a nooby targ?
2.Why come to pk if all you do is run?
3.what are your opinions on this and do you have similar stories you would like to share?

 

Try to bring a familiar with you, after you have your target. If your summoning level is 52+ you can usually last without banking, giving you an edge.

 

btw, the account i was using was a level 45 cvls pure, no summ.
