Okay my suggestion is to help prevent scammers scamming, basically I copied it from Spyike "Sythe Bonds", where a user like yourself can give Sythe or an admin "that wants to volunteer" a certain amount of cash to hold incase you ever decide to be a sour pickle and scam, not saying that you would ever do such a thing.

It could work like the donation system, but instead $25.00, $50.00 and $100 + bonds, although I'm not suggesting we make ranks for this because its on the "Do not suggest list" but it would be helpful.

It could work like for example you give $50.00 for the bond, to insure users that they can trade $50.00 and under trades with you and be safe. Once you give your money to the admin he will hold on to your money for 31 days where you cannot ask for it back, to stop people giving the money and constantly asking for it back and being annoying.

And if the day ever comes where you do scam, the money will be given back to the victim and if there is any money left over it would be donated to Sythe.

I think this will also help trades go more successfully and make everyone feel safer when they're trading.

Or you could use a trusted MM/OMM.

    ^This.

And what if we gave $50 'bond' and the person would scam $500?

Even if you use a trusted MM/OMM, theres still a chance the account you're buying will be recovered later, this way if that happens you can still get your money back.

If they only have a $50 "bond" the buyer can either pick to trust this user with lets say your example $450 or use a MM/OMM, but even then like I said above if you're buying a runescape account there is still a chance it will be recovered back later, this way you still get some money back and to me "some" is a lot better then nothing.

If you don't trust the account seller, then don't trade with them. Just test out recoveries using a Middleman, and it will be fine. I see no point in this.

How can the seller prove he didn't recover the account? I have had people say "give me my money back , you recovered the account". I just say "fuck off", cause

    A. They are retarded and forgot their password
    B. Are stupid and got keylogged
    C. They are trying to scam me by having the account and getting their money back.

We as sellers cannot prove that we did not recover the account.

It is not that great of an idea. It would be to much work and I bet a lot of things would go wrong. It sounds like a great idea, but it would never work.

Though, Account Sales are just one market...

How about the Non-Virtual Items or the Xbox Related Sales?

I know for a fact, several of many people would not have the extra to do this as they are even legit traders.

Anyways. On your grammar there is an dictionary feature just about the 'Quick Reply' box.
On subject: What if they came here to make money and had no money initially? It would push some of the genuine sellers out because they had no funds at the start.

Which is why it'd be optional..

Personally I actually think it is a good idea and could potentially work.

No Support. Would only make it more complicated. I go by the rule if I don't trust you I will not buy anything from you.

I do not see how this would make anything more complicated... if anything it would make things much easier.

My last post, don't see the point on replying to everyones posts because they're all basically the same.

How would this work though they can get there money out of the "bond" 30 days latter what's stopping them from recovering the account then.If you don't trust some one just don't buy from them.

I actually like this Idea, I would definitely do this, it could be like a bank, maybe every month 0.10 cent could be added for a reward on not scamming, as well as interest kind of.

I don't like the suggestion, we have a system that works fine now, and this would just get more confusing. This would easily cause members to be posting false proof trying to get hierarchy banned.
