Can I run this marathon?

Don't do it. 14 miles is nothing compared to 26.2.
20 miles is the farthest I've ran so far and I'm not doing my first Marathon until December of this year. And I've already started training 6 days a week, doing anywhere from 6 to 23 miles.
20 days is not enough to prepare for it. Give yourself atleast 4-5 months of intense training, you don't want to hurt yourself.
