heino09 trying to chargeback on PayPal

This guy is a scammer. He bought 2 shields from me, and vouched for it here:

Here's a screenshot of the vouch in case he edits it:



As you can see the date is 7-9. You can see where he paid me on PayPal the same day:



Now, 3 days later, he's trying to charge it back, claiming he didn't get the shield:




I hope this is enough proof to get him banned, but let me know if you need more and I'll see what I can do.
